| Kashmir and Normalization with India |
Kashmir is a disputed matter between India and Pakistan and remained unresolved for the last 57 years. Since then a generation of Kashmiris have died with their dreams of freedom. The long continuance of Kashmir issue symbolizes as a challenge to the international community as well, both in its political and human rights facets. We morally support Kashmiris in their struggle and support their right to self determination.
Does a mother give her child to save someone’s child? No. It’s a natural phenomena and everyone watches ones own protective rights and benefits. We severally oppose sending forces or members of religious/ethnic parties or any other Pakistani for the liberation of Kashmir. We severally oppose this practice. We also support the proposal of united and independent state of Jammu & Kashmir having peaceful and good relations with Pakistan and India. |

An independent and united state of Jammu and Kashmir. |

Independent state shall maintain good and equitable diplomatic relations with Pakistan and India. |

Withdrawal of all troops from Kashmir. |

No forces of Pakistan or India in the independent state of Jammu and Kashmir. |

Subsequent immobilization of all liberation/jihadi activities. |

Jammu & Kashmir shall have their own army or civil defense. |

People of Jammu & Kashmir shall have the right to visit Pakistan or India without any visa requirement. |

People of Pakistan or India may visit Jammu & Kashmir without any visa. |

The dispute of Kashmir between Pakistan and India is a major barrier in the course of the two countries bestowing all their energies to socio-economic growth and improvement and welfare of their people. The dispute between the two countries is benefiting only west. Pakistan and India has become very good markets for their weapons, arms and ammunition which becomes very deadly when comes into wrong hands. The core dispute also raises the severe and fanatic activities by extremist in India, Pakistan and also in Jammu & Kashmir and lead to terrorist activities in the region. A diplomatic and passive settlement of the issue brings peace, harmony and welfare for the people of this region.
We believe that the international community, in particular the United Nations and the major powers, have an important role to play in stopping India’s subjugation against the Kashmiris and respect human rights, and to engage in a meaningful and productive dialogue with Pakistan to resolve this core issue.
